Ok folks, we left home (North Carolina) around 3:00pm eastern time. Yeah alot later than we planned but there were some last minute issues that had to be taken care prior to leaving.
Thanks to tropical storm Hannah our schedule was slightly rearranged.
But its ok, we are leaving finally! I will be posting a link mapping our route so you will know exactly WHERE I am referring to:)
We traveled a total of about 4 hours then stopped for a refueling of both truck and bellies. We refueled a Pilot right outside of Knoxville, parked the rig (pictures posted of our rig) and then ate at the local Ruby Tuesdays. That took a bit longer than planned, but it was a nice break. We then loaded up and hit the road again. We traveled for another 3.5 hours and decided to make a "early" night (1:30 AM CENTRAL time) of it, since we were up so late the past few weeks preparing.
